Does it work?

Yes it does

Can I add graphics or text to my video?

Yes! Simple text can be added at no charge. However, more complex graphics can be time consuming and will require an up-charge depending on what is requested.

Can my video be delivered in several formats for use on the internet as well as broadcast or TV replay?

You bet. We are happy customize your video format to fit your needs. We want you to be able to play your Pitch Video production everywhere

Can my video be longer than the package says?

Absolutely! If your goal is to incorporate your video into your own website, YouTube, Vimeo or other online video service, and you would like a bit more footage, we can certainly accommodate you. Just ask us for a custom quote!

How does payment work?

Once you have spoken to a producer about your new project, we will send you an estimate of services. If you agree with the services and prices outlined, we will advance you a “Service Agreement” which can be electronically signed. Once we have that signature, we send you an invoice for the initial 50% down payment which gets your production underway. We accept debit, Visa, MasterCard or personal check. You can send us a check by mail or call us to process your credit or debit card. You will receive an email receipt as confirmation once payment is verified.

Once your project is completed, we will send you an invoice for the final 50% payment. Once payment is verified, you will receive a receipt for your payment as well as all links to your video(s), all talent releases and a “Transfer of Ownership” document giving you full ownershipand rights to your newly edited footage!

How will my video be delivered to me?

We are big fans of! Upon completion and final payment for your production, you will receive an email invitation to connect to our Pitch Video Dropbox account to download your videos.

May I incorporate pieces of video I already own?

Yes! Many of our clients have compiled pieces of video over the years, However, incorporation of these elements should improve or advance the theme of your product. They should also be high-resolution HD footage in order to match the quality of video we will be shooting for you. This will be discussed more in the story boarding stage if you request it.

What about animation?

We have some great animators! However, animation is a very time consuming process and pricing is custom. 10 seconds of very complex animation can sometimes cost more than 30 minutes of simple animation. If animation is important to you, request a quote. We would be happy to work with you on this.

Why 45 – 90 seconds?

Amazon specifically requests that product support videos (or “Rich Media,” as they call it) be 60 seconds in length. Realize that consumers will form an impression of your product quickly. (Statistically, within the first 23 seconds!) Whatever you are going to show them, it needs to make a powerful impact right away. 30 seconds of tight, compelling video is better than 5 minutes of meandering product features.

Yes, he has continual involvement with each of our productions. Especially during the storyboarding and editing stages. His expertise is a core part of the value each client receives.
